Denley: Repairs to Ottawa's heritage Aberdeen Pavilion are shockingly overdue

The Aberdeen Pavilion (a.k.a. the Cattle Castle) was built in 1898, in just two months. In the modern world, it has taken five years to get ready to start badly needed repairs.

Finally, Ottawa city councillors have agreed to desperately needed and long overdue repairs to the Aberdeen Pavilion, popularly known as the Cattle Castle.
