Scattered showers returning to Central Ohio, how long wet weather lasts
Scattered showers are starting to pop up across Central Ohio as we head into the afternoon and second half of the day. There's still more potential for wet weather, not just for today, but even in the days ahead.

Scattered showers are starting to pop up across Central Ohio as we head into the afternoon and second half of the day. There's still more potential for wet weather, not just for today, but even in the days ahead.
Showers will continue to develop and move eastward as we head into the evening. Temperatures are on their way to the mid 80s, fairly seasonable for this time of year. By the time we reach sundown, most of these showers will either have fallen apart or moved on from Central Ohio. The rest of tonight will stay mostly dry and mild.
Wednesday has better chances of seeing rain back in the forecast. Starting off dry once again in the morning, we'll see more showers and a couple more storms develop going into the afternoon. This all develops as a cold front pushes down from the north later Wednesday into Thursday.
There are still some spotty chances of seeing showers going into Thursday, but it will mark the return of dry and clear weather. High pressure keeps us sunny & dry for Friday and into Saturday. Temperatures in that time will warm up into the upper 80s for the start of the weekend.
Isolated chances for rain return for Sunday and build going into next Monday. Temperatures in that time will still be fairly warm, with numbers near 90 and the upper 80s for the first few days of next week.
