Chrissy Teigen Posts Adorable Childhood Photos of Herself — & One of Her Kids Could Be Her Twin
When it comes to Chrissy Teigen’s four kids, most people think they all look exactly like her husband John Legend. In fact, fans have playfully accused her of being “out here collecting mini John Legends.” His genes are so strong! But new photos have been entered into evidence, and now the jury is out — because Teigen’s childhood pictures prove one of her kids could be her twin instead!
First, you gotta check out the pictures. “memory lane! ????” the Cravings author, who shares Luna, 8, Miles, 6, Esti, 18 months, and Wren, 13 months, with Legend, captioned the photos on Instagram Monday. She jokingly added in the comments, “a perm with bangs is criminal.”
In the photos, taken circa 1990s, Teigen looks adorable! In the first photo, she wears a white tee with ruffled edges as she smiles with friends (one of whom is putting up bunny ears behind her hair). She shows off her big, happy grin in another photo, and her famous perm — complete with curled bangs — in another. Teigen wears a sassy “It’s not easy being cute” t-shirt in one picture and a pink tennis dress in another, where she holds up a red heart for the camera.
Her hair is straight (but still with bangs!) in other pictures of Teigen, including one of her dressed in floral overalls over a white t-shirt and in school photos. She looks like a model in a picture of her holding a lollipop at Disneyland, dressed in a button-down shirt tucked into high-rise jean shorts.
In the comments, Legend said what we were all thinking: that their daughter Luna could be Teigen’s twin! “Luuuuuuu,” he commented.
Fans were full of agreement. “Luna is your little twin! So cute!” one person said. Someone else noted, “What in the little Luna is going on here??????????”
“Luna stole your whole face!” another wrote. Someone else hilariously wrote, “Looking like Luna the prequel ????????”
Even celebrities commented. Jesse Tyler Ferguson wrote, “Exact same smile! ❤️” Mindy Kaling commented, “I thought this was Jenna Ortega.”
It seems like the Chrissy & Dave Dine Out star has been feeling nostalgic lately. Earlier this month, she shared photos of the “All of Me” singer as a baby and a photo of their son Wren, proving they look exactly alike.
“I mean this is the same baby no!?!? @johnlegend”Teigen captioned the post, showing adorable black-and-white photos of newborn Legend, dressed in a white outfit and posing on his stomach. Wren has the same chubby cheeks and curly brown hair as his dad, which is evident in the picture of him smiling in the highchair.
The Voice coach agreed, commenting, “I think it’s safe to say I am the father.”
One thing’s for sure: no matter which parent they take after, these kids couldn’t be cuter!
