What We’re Tracking

  • Mostly clear tonight
  • Slow warming trend
  • Seasonable temperatures

As temperatures fall into the upper 60s tonight, the winds will remain light and from the east. Very isolated storms are possible tonight right after sunset.

Heat looks to build in for tomorrow as temperatures reach into the middle 90s. This is the first time after eight days of temperatures below 90 degrees. The slow warming trend is due to a high pressure ridge slowly shifting east this week. Dewpoints will remain low for the next few days, so humidity will stay down. We can't rule out a few more pop up showers and storms for today before we start to see drier conditions.

Hopefully you enjoyed the stretch of 'cooler' temperatures because we are heating back up. We'll see highs in the lower 90s by Wednesday afternoon. We will keep with these seasonable temperatures for the remainder of the week. Overnight hours this week look to be mostly clear and lows fall into the upper 60's to lower 70s.
