Starbucks Rewards Members Get 50 Percent Off Handcrafted Drinks Today

On Tuesday, July 23, Starbucks Rewards members can score 50 percent off handcrafted drinks. New members will receive a free drink (up to $8 value) after registering.

On Tuesday, July 23, Starbucks Rewards members can score 50 percent off all drinks at Starbucks locations nationwide when ordering through the Starbucks app between noon and 6 p.m. local time.

The hefty discount applies to all “handcrafted drinks,” like the summer-favorite Frappuccino and Starbucks’ Refreshers. The deal is also good for one of the chain’s new fruity, boba-inspired drinks decorated with raspberry-flavored pearls.

Starbucks initially debuted the raspberry pearls in May alongside three new Summer Berry Refreshers, but now the chain is debuting three further drink options utilizing the berry balls: Iced Green Tea Lemonade with Raspberry Flavored Pearls; Iced Peach Green Tea with Raspberry Flavored Pearls; and Lemonade with Raspberry Flavored Pearls.

Starbucks Rewards members can head into the app to place their order and secure 50 percent off a drink of their choice. The discount is limited to one per customer.

If you’re not yet a Starbucks Rewards member, now is the perfect time to sign up. In addition to today’s discounted drink, members will receive a completely free drink of their choice (up to an $8 value) during the first seven days of their membership.

Starbucks has been stepping up its game of late, rolling out new drink items which the chain hopes will compete with Dunkin and Krispy Kreme, not to mention McDonald’s offshoot CosMc’s. In April, Starbucks introduced Spicy Lemonade Refreshers, which are made with cayenne pepper and come in dragon fruit, pineapple, and strawberry flavors.
