Four days after computer meltdown, Delta still plagued by cancellations

Delta Air Lines canceled hundreds of flights once again, four days after a widespread computer meltdown. Delta has recovered more slowly than other airlines, and the Transportation Department has launched an investigation. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
