Recent Phantom acquisition

Have owned several Sunfish, mini-fish, etc. sailboats over the years and recently acquired what I believe to be a Howmar Phantom in reasonably good shape. Needs rigging which I can probably figure out but not sure whether the sail / boom attaches to the center pole with a goose-neck or something else. It did not come with one but I have spares from other boats. Any insight would be appreciated.
