Acko acquires health tech startup OneCare in all-cash deal

Acko, a general insurance startup, has acquired OneCare, a digital chronic care management company. The deal, for which the companies did not disclose an amount, furthers Ackno's aim to become a comprehensive healthcare provider to customers. The cofounders of OneCare will be joining Acko's leadership team as part of the deal.
