Kolkata-based Suraksha Diagnostic files IPO draft papers with Sebi

Suraksha Diagnostic Limited has filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with capital markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to float an initial public offering (IPO) which will be an offer for sale (OFS).
