Sitharaman, Kharge spar over 'injustice' to oppn-ruled states

Opposition leader Mallikarjun Kharge clashed with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Rajya Sabha over budget allocation, accusing the government of favoring certain states. Sitharaman refuted the claim, stating it's impractical to name every state in budget speeches. The Opposition walked out during her response.
