Sandeep Singh, a security guard left in a vegetative state after a hit-and-run accident in Gurgaon, received Rs 92 lakh in compensation from a Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. Singh's mother petitioned for Rs 2 crore. The sum will support Singh's medical care. The driver was arrested for negligent driving and later released on bail.
