Ryan Reynolds Reveals Silly Reason That 'Deadpool 4' Isn't in the Cards

Ryan Reynolds is suiting up as Deadpool for the third time in his new movie Deadpool & Wolverine. However, it might be the last time that he puts on his iconic red costume.

The 47-year-old actor played the iconic Merc with the Mouth for the first time in 2009′s X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Years later, he landed his first standalone movie. Two more have followed since.

During a recent interview, he jokingly revealed why this is likely his last Deadpool movie.

While on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Ryan was asked if a fourth movie was in the works. He replied, “Oh, god, no.”

“My wife and children will divorce me,” he told Jimmy Fallon, adding, “I have no prenup with any of them. I will be capital ‘B’ broke and in turn, probably doing Deadpool 4 ’cause I’d need the money.”

Of course, Ryan is married to Blake Lively. The actress recently replied to rumors that they were divorcing. Meanwhile, he revealed why they haven’t worked together in over a decade.
