Mumbai engineer from Dombivli commits suicide by jumping off Atal Setu

A 38-year-old engineer from Dombivli, K. Shriniwas, died by suicide on Wednesday by jumping from Atal Setu bridge in Mumbai, likely due to financial stress. He had left his documents on the bridge and was later searched for by police and rescue teams. Previously, Shriniwas had attempted suicide in Kuwait and had recently returned to India, briefly working before starting his own business.
