Swati Maliwal assault case: Delhi CM's aide Bibhav Kumar moves SC for bail

Bibhav Kumar, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide, has challenged the Delhi High Court's order denying bail in the AAP Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal assault case. Kumar claims the allegations against him are false and that custody is no longer required. Kumar is currently in judicial custody and was arrested on May 18.
