Apco Infratech buys luxury triplex in Bandra’s Pali Hill for Rs 155 crore

Apco Infratech has purchased a sea-view luxury triplex apartment in a residential project in Mumbai's Bandra suburb for Rs 155 crore. The deal, valued at Rs 1.62 lakh per sq ft, is one of the costliest residential transactions in the country. The apartment is part of the top three floors of the upcoming 11-storey residential tower The Legend. The deal was confirmed by Ashar Group, the project developer.
