‘This Country Is hell’ Says Pakistani Woman When Asked To Spend ‘Quality Time’ With Boss
Pakistan resident who was applying for jobs as a fresher and was asked to spend quality time with her boss. She shared the whats app conversation on social media platform ‘X’ & expressed her anger. She said, ‘’Being a girl in Pakistan is too difficult!’’
X user named Adina Hira shared her experience on social media while applying for jobs as a fresher in Pakistan. While narrating the whole incident she said, ‘’I applied for a job on the Indeed website, which was for fresh graduates, and this is the message I received. It’s unbelievable!! Who knows how many innocent girls they must have taken advantage of. When a fresh graduate looks for a job, they either encounter such disgusting people or those with wealthy parents who get in through references. This country is hell!’’

She also shared the screenshots of the conversations, wherein one of the hiring persons told her that she “needs to be ready to cooperate with the boss regarding any activities.” When Hira asked him to elaborate on it, the person said, “have to spend some quality time with your boss.”

User name Saleem asked her its better to ignore these kind of positions and said, ‘’They clearly mentioned special tasks so better to ignore these kind of positions if you’re not interested, Its so sad to see most peoples prefer these kind of jobs because they don’t want to do anything else… Good to see you are speaking about this.’’

Another person named, Dr Farhan K Virk advised her to file an appeal for harassment with federal ombudsperson and added, ‘’It’s the safest & quickest way to get justice. They will have to pay for this.’’
