Missing vulnerable adult alert issued for Cohoes man

COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A missing vulnerable adult alert has been issued for a missing Cohoes man. Darren Best, 63, has been missing since Wednesday night.

Darren has dementia and may need medical attention. He is a six foot three white man, 185 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Darren was last seen at the corner of Columbia and Main Streets in Cohoes at 9:20 p.m. According to the alert, there is recent information indicating he may have traveled to Troy via CDTA bus. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call the Cohoes Police Department at (518) 765-2352 or 911.
