Travis Kelce Is Reportedly Acting 'Like He's Brad Pitt' Since Dating Taylor Swift

It’s been a whirlwind of a year for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce after they secretly started dating and then had the most high-profile romance of the year. The change was massive for the NFL athlete because his level of fame skyrocketed into the stratosphere as Swifties learned everything about the Kelce family. 

One of Travis’ signature traits was his low-key, down-to-earth personality, but a Life & Style insider claims that has all changed since he found himself in Taylor’s orbit. “He’s traveling by private jet, wearing the occasional bling, buying designer suits, and splurging on grooming like he’s Brad Pitt,” they said. “He’s enjoying life to the fullest.” The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is estimated to be worth $70 million, and with his new $34.3 million two-year contract with the team, he’s earned the right to blow off some steam — and some of his money. 

However, some of his pals believe there’s also been an attitude shift since his life changed overnight. “He’s nothing like the guy they used to know,” they added. “He used to be much more humble, which was part of his charm.” His older brother, Jason Kelce, pushed back on that narrative in a recent interview on the Whiskey Ginger podcast. “I haven’t seen him change one bit. I think it’s a compliment. He stayed true to himself,” Jason said of Travis. “He’s still humble. He treated everyone with the utmost respect, like they’re equals regardless of who they are.”

Jason admitted he and his wife, Kylie Kelce have been overwhelmed by the amount of attention they receive now and know it’s even worse for Taylor and Travis. He pointed out, “Like, you can’t be a normal person at that point.” Behind the scenes, Taylor also had some alleged concerns about how the glare of the spotlight might affect their romance. “Taylor’s incredibly proud that Travis is having so much success, but it’s also bittersweet watching his career blow up. Part of her is terrified that he’ll become so successful it’ll somehow break them apart,” an insider told Heat World.

Still, the dynamic duo has navigated the European leg of her Eras Tour quite well. Travis has proven that he will endure jet lag and no sleep to reconnect with the “Shake It Off” singer. He’s been constantly by her side, so if he can squeeze it into his equally busy schedule, he will do it. And yes, fame has changed his life. He’s likely more guarded about his personal life because everyone is writing about him (including us!), so it takes some adjustment to live a Taylor-famous life. Just give Travis some time to settle in.
