NCLT asks Mahindra Homes to notify homebuyers in the share capital reduction case

This involves canceling a portion of equity shares held by Actis and Mahindra Lifespace Developers. The NCLT recognized homebuyers with pending possession as creditors in line with current financial standards. The next hearing is scheduled for October 30.
