2 found dead at Vancouver shooting scene

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Two people are dead following a shooting in Vancouver Thursday morning, authorities said.

According to Vancouver police, at around 8:20 a.m. a caller reported seeing a man with a gun and then heard gunshots near the Starling Bay Town Houses on Plomondon Street.

When officers arrived, they said they found two people dead at the scene.

Detectives are on the scene and very little information has been released.
