Hillbilly Elegy scribe and right-wing subculture champion J.D. Vance is the least liked vice-president nominee in decades, according to recent polls, and his latest weirdo remark certainly won’t help him make any friends, especially with this A-lister. Jennifer Aniston condemned the Republican VP nominee for his remark calling women, like Kamala Harris, who haven’t given birth “childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives” and “have no direct stake in America.” In an Instagram Story posted on Wednesday, July 24, Aniston reposted a screenshot of a tweet quoting the 2021 Fox News interview with host Tucker Carlson where Vance said the comments in question, then-a canidate for the Ohio senate.

“I truly can’t believe this is coming from a potential VP of The United States,” an incredulous Aniston captioned the post. “All I can say is … Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day.”

The Friends actor, who has been outspoken about her fertility issues in the past, criticized Vance for even speaking on fertility issues when his own policies would obliterate access to sexual and reproductive health, including abortion and protections for in virto fertilization. “I hope [your daughter] will not need to turn to IVF as a second option,” she wrote. “Because you are trying to take that away from her, too.” Looks like Vance’s likeability numbers aren’t going up anytime soon.
