Olympic runner Tara Davis-Woodhall’s two fave skincare ingredients – and the $6 moisturizer she’s taking to Paris

WHEN it comes to her skincare routine, Olympic runner Tara Davis-Woodhall makes sure to never run low on her favorite products.

She has also shared which moisturizer she has packed for the Paris Games so that she will look refreshed if she makes it to the podium.

WINNING ROUTINE

The athlete, whose husband Hunter Woodhall is a Paralympic track and field star, swears by two skin-smoothing ingredients which she believes are always a winning combination.

“I lean into skincare products that contain hyaluronic acid and hydrating peptides so my skin doesn’t need touch-ups,” she told The U.S. Sun.

“I truly believe skincare is the most important base for any makeup or no-makeup routine,” she continued.

For Davis-Woodhall, only one moisturizer is worthy of taking home the gold.

“My favorite product is Nair’s Body Cream in Oat Milk and Vanilla,” she said.

“It smells so clean and is also hydrating and makes me feel like I am working on my skincare routine while doing my daily shower routine,” she added.

Her favorite buy is also budget-friendly.

“I use very natural, breathable makeup that has ingredients to support and care for my skin while making myself feel beautiful and confident,” she said.

“Drinking water is not only great for your body but your skin, and makes you feel refreshed when you might not be.”

While she appreciates that the Olympic host country is trying to be eco-conscious by not providing air conditioning,” she has her own views on the trending top.

“Being eco-conscious is good until you’re messing with athletes’ sleep,” she said.

“I think the best athletes in the entire world should have the best setup, not something that is eco-friendly,” she added.

She noted that she has been “creating a plan” to stay cool.
