Cadbury fans go crazy for new chocolate flavours… before realising they’ve ALL made the same mistake

FANS OF Cadbury’s chocolate were thrilled when the brand launched a new range of flavours.

Dubbed the “&more” series, the new chocolate bars included blends of nuts, caramel and classic milk chocolate.

It includes a Nutty Praline Crisp bar with a combination of almond and hazelnut cream wedged inside crispy wafers.

Another flavour in the range is the Caramel Nut Crunch filled with toffee, chopped hazelnuts and caramel, the Mirror reports.

But chocolate fans were left confused and disappointed after misreading the name.

They read the “&more” label on the packaging as “smore”, a sweet treat made of biscuits, chocolate and melted marshmallow usually eaten by a campfire.

Expecting those flavours when they crashed open the bars, many were left baffled by the nutty, wafer inside.

Cadbury fans took to X to vent, with one writing: “We finally broke the s’mores Dairy Milk bar we got in the UK.

“it’s good but it tastes nothing like s’mores’ then I looked at it again. VERY tricky @CadburyUK.”

The official Cadbury account replied: “Our Cadbury Dairy Milk &More Caramel Nut Crunch bar is a mouthwatering twist on our classic Dairy Milk bars.

“A chunky milk chocolate bar perfect for sharing, with a creamy toffee filling, a caramel layer and chopped hazelnuts.”

The brand also turned to TikTok with an ad about the new bar, only for users online to beg for a smore-inspired flavour.

One said: “Can you bring out a smore one please after the fiasco with the branding it’s a must but please make it vegetarian.

Someone else added: “At a first glance I thought it was s’more so I was excited, then I realised and now I’m just disappointed.

“l think the marketing department knew what they were doing!”

In better news for the chocolate favourite, one shopper said of the new range: “Please keep these they are the best. Don’t discontinue them. Sooooo yummy”.

Someone else backed them up: “OH MY. Cadbury, you’ve outdone yourself and I am LIVING for it”.

Cadbury’s were forced to apologise last week after one shopper blasted the “worst ever change” made to a classic bar.

A furious customer online shared a picture online of a Wispa bar claiming it had bigger holes than usual.

The post read: “What’s going on with your Wispa bars? They’re slowly getting more hollowed out underneath!

“Tonight’s effort is the worst I’ve seen, with large holes to add insult to injury.”

The chocolate company responded: “Sorry to hear that! Please contact the customer care team and they’ll look into this for you.”
