PORTSMOUTH, NH – Rooftop at The Envio, Portsmouth‘s premier rooftop bar and restaurant, announces the addition of Deb Weeks in a leadership role and Chef Jesse Souza as Executive Chef. Deb and Chef Jesse have introduced an all new social and shareable menu, as well as an over-the-top cocktail menu.

Deb Weeks brings an impressive track record of hospitality experience to Rooftop at The Envio. Her background includes co-ownership of the award-winning Green Monkey Restaurant and Brazo Restaurant in Portsmouth, as well as management roles at several renowned establishments, including managing partner at Demeters Steakhouse. Deb’s leadership skills and business acumen have consistently elevated the quality of local dining establishments.

Chef Jesse Souza, named “Chef of the Year” by Hospitality Maine in 2023, brings over three decades of professional cooking experience to the team. A New England native, Jesse has honed his skills across the United States, excelling in Regional American Cuisine and incorporating influences from Latin American and Asian food cultures. His extensive experience includes roles as executive chef at multiple Noble House Hotels & Resorts properties.

To celebrate this new chapter, Rooftop at The Envio has unveiled an innovative summer menu. Crafted with locally sourced ingredients, the new offerings promise to delight guests with fresh, seasonal flavors.
