Kim Kardashian Thinks She Could ‘Rule a Country’
What, like it’s hard?
Nothing can stop Kimberly Kardashian from a good challenge. She decides she wants to start a business? Check, we get Skims, and some frustratingly good ad campaigns along with it. She sets her sights on Hollywood? Check, she becomes Ryan Murphy’s muse and is promised her own show. She wants to practice law? Okay, well, she’s still working on that one, give the billionaire some grace. But in typical Kardashian fashion, all the achievements in the world aren’t enough for Kim, so now apparently she wants to rule a country.
On the season-five finale of The Kardashians on Hulu Thursday, Kim sat down for a confessional to reminisce on her year. “This year has been so good,” she began. “I’m entering my actress era. I had no clue this was going to happen. I’ve taken some time off just to really focus on being the best mom I could be.” Then, she shifted gears to her growing list of aspirations, which includes “fully fucking” ruling a country after finishing a season of Netflix’s The Crown. She laughs and plays it off like she’s joking, but you know somewhere deep in that brain she’s thinking about it. Other than the fact that she doesn’t have the divine blood of the royals, I’m not sure there’s anything that can get in the way of the manifestation powers of a member of the Kardashian clan.
Kim has just “learned so much,” she concludes, and is looking forward to the future. Will that future include sitting on a throne? Are the Kardashians planning to overtake a small country? Only time — or season six of The Kardashians, probably — will tell.
