MIDTOWN, Manhattan (PIX11) -- Police are investigating reports of a group assaulting and robbing a man on board the 2 train in Midtown, Manhattan.

The 41-year-old man was treated at the hospital for minor injuries and is expected to survive. The investigation is ongoing.
