New Photos Allege This Recently-Deceased Member of the Britsh Royal Family Is Haunting Windsor Castle

British castles allegedly being haunted? That’s not new knowledge; people have been theorizing about that for decades. But now, many are convinced that Windsor Castle is being haunted by the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Okay, so let’s back it up a bit: recently a royal fan was touring the castle during its business hours, taking photos. Then, they took a photo, where a white flash appeared.

“I’m not a believer in anything beyond the grave, but I don’t think there’s any arguing with these images,” the fan said to Radar Online. “I am fully aware people will say this could be a trick of the lens or a light flash or whatever, but I’ve looked into it and it’s highly unlikely the form in my image is any of that.”

They added, alleging that “it’s clearly the Queen’s spirit, and she looks so unsettled – you can tell by the expression on her ‘face.’ She looks like she’s in limbo and lost.”

The fan then added, “I’m a royalist and it was sad for me to think she is wandering around forever dressed in one of the outfits she used to wear on state visits – you can see she’s got the old handbag, coat and hat. I’m stunned I captured this. And it’s no wonder she’s troubled – look at the mess her family is in.”

Now, we don’t know if Elizabeth is haunting Windsor, but we do know that this isn’t the first time someone has claimed a spirit has been walking through the halls of Windsor Castle. Along with Elizabeth II, many have claimed they’ve seen her sister Margaret’s ghost, as well as Queen Elizabeth I, King Henry VIII, Anne Boleyn, and more, per Grunge.

And Windsor Castle isn’t the only property that the British Royal Family has that’s allegedly haunted. There have been claims that Buckingham Palace, Balmoral Castle, Kensington Palace, and even Frogmore Cottage have had sightings of paranormal activity, per People.
