One savvy shopper was thrilled with what they saw at their local Aldi sore in Killamarash, Sheffield, and quickly took to social media to show off the loot.

The wooden climbing frame and ramp is perfect for keeping kids busy during the summer holidays.

It was slashed from £39.99 to a bargain £19.99 in a huge 50 per cent discount thanks to Aldi Specialbuys,

Posting on the Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, the shopper alerted fellow punters of the fantastic find.

They wrote: “Spotted these climbing frames down to £19.99 in Aldi.

“They had the arches down to that too. Really great price and last ages.

“This was in Aldi Killamarsh Sheffield.

“Posted anonymously as I bought two as gifts.”

So if your garden is looking a bit dull and you want to leave your kids impressed this summer, you’ll need to move fast.

All of the items are Specialbuys which means, once they are gone, they’re gone.

Specialbuys are Aldi’s weekly collection of exclusive items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.

New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals.

You’ll find the items in the middle aisle at your local Aldi.

And you can browse the full list range on the Aldi website but you can only buy the items in store.

For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store’s opening time.

However, they also go on sale online, usually at midnight on Thursday and Sunday, and you can pre-order them up to a week in advance.

As long as you spend at least £25, you’ll get the items delivered for free.

Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit as early as possible.

As always make sure you compare prices and shop around for the best deal.

You can do this using tools like Google Shopping, and keep an eye out for the latest deals on sites like HotUKDeals.

If you are unsure where your nearest Aldi is you can put your postcode into the store locator tool on the retailer’s website.

What are Aldi Specialbuys?

Specialbuys are unique and exciting products that you can find exclusively in Aldi stores.

The products are launched in stores every Thursday and Sunday and can include anything from DIY items to beauty products.

You can pick up a leaflet in-store, browse online, or sign up to Aldi’s mailing list to get a sneak preview of what is to come.

There are other ways to save at Aldi and it is always worth keeping a lookout for the many dupes that the retailer launches from time to time.

One Aldi worker recently revealed all the new beauty dupes that have landed in stores.

As well as dupes of branded food items, the retailer also has beauty products and fragrances that sell out as soon as they hit the shelves.
