Ben Affleck Buys Home On His Own After He & Jennifer Lopez List Their Mansion Amid Rumored Marital Troubles (Report)

Ben Affleck is buying his own place amid rumors about tension in his relationship with Jennifer Lopez.

If you forgot, earlier this month the 51-year-old actor and 55-year-old entertainer publicly listed their marital home. According to reports, they are expected to sell the property at a loss a year after buying it.

A new report suggests that Ben, who has been living separately from Jennifer, found a new home.

According to a report by TMZ, Ben bought a home in Pacific Palisades, Calif. He is said to have paid $20.5 million for a 5-bed, 6-bath home in the Los Angeles neighborhood.

The outlet noted that Jennifer is allegedly hunting for her own home, too.

Ben reportedly moved his belongings out of his and Jennifer‘s home while she was on a vacation last month.

The couple recently spent their second anniversary on opposite sides of the country. Ben also was not present for his wife’s birthday party last week.

Despite that, Jennifer appeared to be wearing her wedding rings during a recent outing. She was also seen hanging out with Ben‘s daughter, Violet.
