Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky Facing Tax Lien Amid Separation

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are facing a new legal issue.

The estranged couple have been hit with a $6,000 tax lien amid their ongoing separation, Page Six reports.

An official document obtained by the outlet over the weekend shows that the state tax lien, issued by California in the amount of $6,542, has been placed on their marital home in Encino, Calif.

It is reportedly from 2022 debut, according to The Daily Mail.

The two bought the 10,000 square foot home in 2017 for $8.3 million. Kyle previously confirmed that Mauricio moved out of the mansion in May of this year amid their split.

He is believed to have moved into a West Hollywood condo worth several million dollars, and is now neighbors with Matt Damon, via Page Six.

It’s not yet known how the two plan to handle the lien.

They were given a $13,707.47 state tax lien in April 2022 for unpaid taxes from 2020 previously, via Daily Mail, and reportedly paid off the debt in July 2022.

Months later, his company UMRO Realty Corp, which operates as The Agency, was hit with with liens in the amounts of $16,777.97, $3,454.41, $2,120.67 and $269.47.

Back in December, he was reportedly given three more liens in the amounts of $4,673.64, $3,878.19 and $290.15.

The ex-couple also has a $13.6 million Aspen, Colorado vacation home bought in September 2022 after selling their smaller home for $7.75 million.
