Casa CH is a minimalist home located in Mallorca, Spain, designed by INCEPTUM. The house features three volumes with sloped roofs and includes a separate garden house. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a tranquil water fountain. The house’s mortar plaster façade and antique roof shingles blend effortlessly with the surrounding red-earth terrain. The infinity pool, shaded by carob and mulberry trees, is accompanied by tall grass that adds a natural, swaying element to the landscape. A large terrace of irregular natural stones encircles the house, covered by light pergolas for shade. Inside, a wooden coffered ceiling overlooks an open floor plan, integrating the kitchen and living area. Two bedrooms are situated on either side of the living space, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring grey micro-cement finishes, Vola taps, and fluted glass doors. Local clay tiles adorn the floors and chimney area, enhancing the home’s local character. Veneered oak cabinets with perla venata countertops complement the home’s light interior, creating a cohesive connection with the robust outdoor environment.
