SCSO: Woman arrested for domestic incident

Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a 22-year-old woman for allegedly hitting and choking another person during a domestic incident on July 16.

HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a 22-year-old woman for allegedly hitting and choking another person during a domestic incident on July 16. Deputies said Allaccia C. Johnson, 22, of Wilson, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Friday, July 26 on a warrant.

Charges

• Third-degree criminal mischief
• Criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17
• Second-degree harassment

Deputies said Johnson is accused of hitting another person in the face, choking them, and damaging over $250 property of the victim. Deputies added that Johnson poured bleach on the home's walls and carpet where the dispute occurred.

Deputies said the domestic incident happened in the presence of a 3-year-old. Johnson was released on an appearance ticket for Halfmoon Town Court.
