How to pay zero charges for flight seat during web check-in? Here's what Aviation Ministry says

Buying a ticket is not enough to board a flight; you also need a boarding pass. However, on many occasions, it becomes difficult for you to get the boarding pass without paying an additional fee during the online web check-in process. This happens because the web check-in process has a step where travellers are asked to select a seat where most available seats are assigned a price that they must pay over and above the ticket amount.
