Ryan Reynolds & Hugh Jackman React to 'Deadpool & Wolverine' Debuting at No 1 With Funny Photos

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are celebrating their No 1 movie in only the perfect Deadpool and Wolverine way.

The two stars’ new Marvel film hit theaters this weekend and, as expected, the rated-R film debuted in the top spot at the box office for the first few days.

Following the news of the movie’s big debut, which also broke box office records for the biggest R-rated opening weekend ever, Ryan and Hugh took to social media to react.

“Wolverine and Deadpool is the #1 movie in the world. Thank you ALL!” Hugh posted on Instagram, with a photo of Wolverine laying in bed looking at a photo that says, “#1 Movie in the World.”

Ryan shared a similar photo of Deadpool, except his character was holding a framed version of the photo Hugh posted.

“I miss Hugh already. #DeadpoolAndWolverine ❤️????” he captioned his post.

Ryan also posted on his story, “This is kind of hard to process. But thank you to everyone who went to see the film this weekend… wow. ❤️????”

Director Shawn Levy also reacted to the No 1 news, writing, “YOU did this.
