Armenian foreign minister on visit to Cyprus
The Foreign Minister of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, is visiting Cyprus on Monday, by invitation of his counterpart, Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos.
The two will hold a private meeting and then sit in extended consultations with the participation of delegations from the two ministries, a ministry announcement states.
After the end of the consultations they will make statements to the media.
The focus of the discussions will be bilateral relations between Cyprus and Armenia, the Cyprus problem, and other issues related to regional and international developments.
Mirzoyan will also be received by the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides.
He will be a speaker at the annual meeting of heads of diplomatic missions, taking place in Nicosia on Monday and Tuesday.
