Maduro is declared winner in Venezuela's presidential election as opposition claims it prevailed

The opposition claimed an "overwhelming" victory over Maduro on Sunday, as U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressed "serious concerns that the result announced does not reflect the will or the votes of the Venezuelan people.”
