Eurolife portal makes e-submission of claims even smoother

E-submissions of Health Claims

In keeping with this tech-forward philosophy, Eurolife is automating the process of submitting individual Health Claims for Medica plans through the Myeurolife Portal. Eurolife customers’ individual Claims will also be able to be submitted digitally, by the client personally, via the Myeurolife Portal, through which they will also be able to monitor their Claims’ progress status.

Through a simple process, upon completion of a health service, Eurolife customers – i.e. holders of an active health cover contract and subscribers to the Myeurolife Portal – will be able to complete and submit an e-claim for health services, via the Portal, for themselves or a dependent, by filling in their personal details using pre-loaded fields and attaching the relevant supporting documents/medical forms.

Customers who prefer to submit their Health Claims manually, meanwhile, will be able to do so following the existing procedure.

Technology at the service of our customers

With the Myeurolife Portal, our customers have at their fingertips an online means that provides them with a direct, personal and reliable service as regards their Insurance Contracts. The clean, efficient navigation offered by the Portal, as well as its unique design, offer customers the ability to access their individual policies (coverage and benefits, units allocated to investment funds, policy surrender value), insurance adviser contact details, payment and claims histories, income tax certificates, and more.

In this context, we attach great importance to providing digital tools to our customers such as ePolicy, enabling them to receive their Policy Terms and Conditions electronically via the Myeurolife Portal and, in addition, to make payments and receive updates via email or SMS.
