Emmerdale fans issue major demand to soap bosses over icon character

EMMERDALE viewers are demanding soap bosses to bring back a iconic character’s vengeful side and stop being portrayed as ‘soft’.

Kim Tate, portrayed by Claire King, is set to reclaim the Home Farm after she was the victim of a revenge plot involving Rose Jackson and her drug dealer accomplice.

ITV viewers know that Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) has been plotting to bring Kim down.

And she roped in Kim’s romantic rival Rose Jackson (Christine Tremarco) – who is also Will’s ex-wife.

Rose has also set up Kim for spiking Dawn’s (Olivia Bromley) drink which led to a car accident.

Meanwhile, Dawn announced she was leaving Home Farm and taking her children with her, as she believes they wouldn’t be safe around their stepmother Kim.

This led Kim to pack her bags and check into a local B&B.

Next week on the ITV soap, Rose goes one step further as she tries to get close to Kim’s ex-husband Will when Kim’s back is turned – but will Will fall for it?

Emmerdale fans are furious to see the formidable Kim being manipulated by Ruby who is trying to steal her husband.

Taking to social media, one fan wrote: “What I don’t understand is that Dawn and her family swan it around Kim’s house like they own it – giving ultimatums and orders to Kim and Kim knows she didn’t spike the drink – if I were her I’d chuck those freeloaders out pronto!”

Another said: “She’s delusional if she thinks that Kim will put up with all their crap, Wait for the fireworks to start.”

A third penned: “I think it’s about time Kim snapped and actually threw all the freeloaders out, Kim’s character needs to show her dark side again!”

A fourth commented: “Totally agree been saying tell that lot to get out, they’re letting KIM go soft and that’s not her.”

A fifth added: “Agree she has been far too nice lately bring back nasty Kim.”
