Galatasaray are not in for Burnley man Sander Berge despite reports but fellow Turkish side Fenerbahce are waiting for the Norwegian.

Turkish giants Galatasaray are not interested in Burnley star Sander Berge, but Fenerbahce are keeping an eye on him, despite the opposite appearing to be the case, it has been claimed.

 

The 26-year-old defensive midfielder joined the Clarets last summer from Sheffield United.

 

His future at Turf Moor is in question as Burnley suffered relegation from the Premier League last term and he has interest from Turkey.

 

 

The Norwegian has been linked with Galatasaray and Fenerbahce in recent days over a potential swoop this summer.

 

And now according to Spanish outlet Relevo, despite suggestions to the contrary, Galatasaray are not looking to bring the Norwegian in.

 

 

Turkish giants Fenerbahce however are still very much interested in the Clarets star and they are keeping an eye on him.

 

Berge was an important player for Burnley last season as he played 40 times for them in all competitions and contributed to four goals directly from midfield.

 

 

Now it remains to be seen if the Burnley midfielder will be completing a move away from Turf Moor after just one season.
