Trump spews late night attack on Harris as polls show her gaining in swing states

The predicted ketchup hit the wall late Sunday night as Donald Trump threw a social media tantrum over Vice President Kamala Harris, just hours after Fox News polls showed her trouncing him in swing states.

Trump chose to focus — rather on polls putting Harris ahead in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan — on a Fox News pundit who called her a "blithering idiot," a "rabid Marxist scholar" and accused her of infanticide.

"Here she (Kamala Harris) is basically comparing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE), to the perception of the Ku Klux Klan," Mark Levin railed, adding, "The combination of stupidity and arrogance is on full display, right here."

Trump's late-night rage began at 11:15 p.m. and saw him post five video rants from Levin in under 20 minutes.

Levin rails against his notion of Harris' positions on immigration, abortion and police reform.

"She does not believe in capitalism, she does not believe in freedom, she does not believe in the declaration," Levin said. "That's a prescription for tyranny!"

These vague insults arrive as the Trump team struggles to find a position of attack against the candidate Trump, relying on ethnic stereotypes, had never believed President Joe Biden would allow him to face.

As Harris positions herself as the prosecutor against the convicted felon and his running mate Sen. J.D. Vance, Trump has backed away from a presidential debate and continued to attack Biden in speeches political analysts say show signs of internal campaign problems.

Levin's attempts to discredit Harris include clips of the vice president delivering speeches on human equity and raising questions about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement policies in the U.S. Senate.

When Ronald Vitiello, the acting director of ICE, attempts speaks over the then-senator she states calmly, "I'm not finished" then proceeds to makes her point — which Levin cuts.

"Obviously she speaks Spanish so she's talking to all the Mexicans," Levin explains. "She's full of it."
