Staffordshire woman’s 'stunning' 1999 Rover Mini wins award

Amanda Willis from Cheslyn Hay has scooped an award for her stunning 1999 Rover Mini – one of the last original Minis to be produced before production ceased in 2000. Despite having spent a quarter of a century on the road, Amanda’s Mini, Ruby, has covered just 14,000 miles.

Ruby was one of the winners at a special Mini event held recently at the classic car museum Great British Car Journey in Ambergate, Derbyshire.
