Early morning fire destroys Feura Bush home

Crews battled a house fire in Feura Bush for several hours Monday morning. What's left of the structure is set to be demolished.

FEURA BUSH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Crews battled a house fire in Feura Bush for several hours Monday morning. What's left of the structure is set to be demolished.

The house was located on Lawson Lake Road Extension. According to Coeymans Hollow Assistant Fire Chief John Williams, the call for the fire came in around 3:15 A.M. All occupants were reportedly outside of the home and unharmed when crews arrived.

Multiple agencies, including Town of Westerlo Fire VFC and Onesquethaw VFC responded. Crews were still putting out hotspots at 9:00 A.M.

This fire comes five months after a house burned down across the street.
