Dev Squad Take On Albion Rovers In SPFL Trust Trophy

The Hibs Dev Squad kick off their competitive campaign on Tuesday night (30 July) when they take on Albion Rovers in the SPFL Trust Trophy.

THE LOWDOWN

The match kicks off at 7.45pm on Tuesday 30 July at Ainslie Park.

Tickets for the match are on sale, with adult tickets costing £10 and concessions costing £5. Tickets are available to buy at the gate at Ainslie Park (card payment only).

Guillaume Beuzelin’s side reached the Third Round of the SPFL Trust Trophy last season with victories over Formartine United and Brechin City in the opening two rounds, before losing to eventual finalists, The New Saints.

THE OPPOSITION

Managed by Sandy Clark, Albion Rovers compete in the Lowland League and finished 8th last season.

If our youngsters progress to the second round of the competition, then they will face the winners of Cowdenbeath or Kilmarnock B at home.
