David Rees Brought Aboard To Strengthen K-array USA’s Touring And Production Division

Rees is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in live event production and sound mixing

K-array USA has announced the appointment of David Rees as Business Development Manager for Production and Touring. Rees brings over 20 years of experience in the live event production industry to K-array USA, having previously served as National Director of Facilities and Venue Operations for SaveLive, Director of Production for Hollywood Park (YouTube Theater/SoFi Stadium), and National Director of Production for Live Nation.

In his new role, Rees will be responsible with expanding the company’s visibility within the touring and live event production industry. His focus will be on showcasing K-array’s audio solutions to vendors and artists.

“We are thrilled to welcome David Rees to the K-array USA team,” said Rusty Waite, President of K-array USA. “David’s extensive industry knowledge and strong relationships within the touring and production community will be significant in expanding K-array’s reach and helping us deliver our live sound and concert audio solutions to a wider audience.”

In addition to his management experience, Rees is a seasoned live sound engineer with over 20 years of experience mixing for a variety of artists and events.

“I felt very lucky, in that, I was able to meet many K-array employees from Italy and abroad, as well as the USA team (and our reps) all in one go at InfoComm 2024,” said Rees. “Having met everyone and experiencing their extreme passion, knowledge, and commitment really got me fired up about joining K-array USA. I was already a fan of the brand, but I became a fan of the people standing behind the product as well.”
