Miley Cyrus Reportedly Made This Major Decision About Billy Ray Cyrus After His Leaked Audio

When a shocking audio of Billy Ray Cyrus was first leaked by Daily Mail, everyone who listened to it knew that he was in some deep trouble. After all, in addition to talking down to his estranged wife Firerose, Billy Ray also used some choice words like “skank” to describe his ex-wife Tish Cyrus and his daughter, Miley Cyrus.

And, unsurprisingly, the “Flowers” singer isn’t thrilled with her father since listening to the audio.

“There is no excuse, ever, for a father to call his daughter a skank,” a source told Daily Mail of the Grammy winner’s reaction. “Any inkling of respect that Miley had for her father is gone.”

“He is dead to her,” they added.

According to the insider, however, Miley wasn’t too surprised to hear him say those words. In many ways, their relationship has had its ups and downs over the years. “Honestly, Miley is not surprised that these words came out of his mouth,” said. “Miley is mad, sad and also not giving a s—, all the emotions are there,” another source said.

“Miley is over caring about what Billy Ray has to say about her, her mom or her siblings,” the source continued. “Miley is as independent of a woman as possible, and she refuses to let her dad, or any man, break her heart.”

With that said, it seems Billy Ray has since reached out to his daughter and attempted to apologize. “He is trying to say that what he said about Miley, calling her a skank, was taken out of context,” the source said. “But Miley is not even entertaining any of this,” the source revealed. “She won’t be accepting any apologies.”

Publicly, Billy Ray has also responded to the audio, explaining that his temperament was a result of his marital woes. “Hell yeah I was at my wit’s end,” he wrote on Instagram, per People. “As every day went by, I started realizing something was wrong. And that’s before I knew she was a fraud. I just knew something was wrong.”

“I saw before my very own eyes, everything I knew about her was a lie,” he continued. “She was trying to take over my career, my life and usurp the Cyrus name for her own gain.” “See you in court,” he ended.

Looks like his relationship with Firerose won’t be the only family tie Billy Ray is jeopardizing lately.
