Is 'Your Honor' Renewed for Season 3? Bryan Cranston Weighs In on If He'd Return as Judge Michael Desiato

Your Honor has been one of the biggest shows to stream on Netflix in the past few weeks, and fans are wondering if it has been renewed for a third season.

The Showtime series aired season 1 in 2020-2021 and season 2 in 2023. It then debuted both of those seasons on Netflix this past May. The Bryan Cranston-starrer has NOT been renewed at this time, but there’s some talk about continuing the series.

“We’re extremely proud of the show and knew how good it was. Having it air on another platform, we anticipated more people discovering it; audiences always find things that are good,” CBS Studios President David Stapf told Deadline.

Bryan has been a really terrific partner, not only as a producer and an actor, but more importantly as somebody who’s been advocating for the show,” he added.

“We love the show, and we’re hoping that it can continue, but it’s a little too soon to know or to tell. We would like there to be a Season 3 but we’re ways away,” he added.

Bryan previously spoke out about the possibility of a third season as well, telling Deadline back in April, “There is some discussion. Showtime has indicated there is interest and we’re very proud to know that every episode in Season 2 increased in the audience from the previous week. If it happens, fantastic but it’d have to be some great reason to keep expanding in this world and to find out where the allegiances are. I’d be very interested in producing that.”

But that doesn’t mean Bryan would return, given the fate of his character in season two. He shared, I don’t know about being in it because my guy’s back in prison.”
