Richard Madden is looking stronger than ever!

The 38-year-old Game of Thrones star was spotted on a rare outing on Monday (July 29) in London, England, and he looked absolutely jacked.

He put his strong arms on full display in a black tank top, which he paired with short shorts. Richard carried a large bag and wore dark sunglasses. He finished off the outfit with black tennis shoes.
