Paris Olympics: What to look for, what to watch on July 30

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The Paris Olympics are three days in and have already produced memorable and exciting moments. But among the most anticipated events have yet to come and one of them takes place Tuesday afternoon.

Here is what to watch for day four of the Olympics and how to watch it.

Biles, USA women's gymnastics look for gold

The United States will be glued to NBC4 at 12:15 p.m. for the women's team gymnastics final as the Americans look to regain its gold it lost in Tokyo. Simone Biles will lead a stacked USA roster also featuring Suni Lee, Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, and Hezly Rivera.

Team USA is aiming for its third team gold in the last four Olympics and are heavy favorites after outscoring second-place Italy in qualifying by a resounding six points. China, Brazil, and Japan will be other teams to watch.

US women's rugby aims for history

The first USA team sports squad will compete for a medal as the women's rugby team aims to make history in Paris on Tuesday. USA will play its semifinal against New Zealand, the defending gold medalists, at 9:30 a.m.

A win clinches a spot in the gold medal game at 1:45 p.m. If they lose, they will play in the 1 p.m. bronze medal match.
