Park Fire rages in California as man accused of starting blaze appears in court

More than 4,800 firefighters are battling the massive and fast-moving Park Fire in Northern California. The man accused of starting the fire by pushing a burning car into an embankment appeared in court Monday. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
