20-year-old male killed in shooting on Broadway

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man was killed in a shooting early Monday evening in Buffalo, Buffalo police officials announced.

Officials said police responded just before 5:45 p.m. to the 1400 block of Broadway where a 20-year-old male was struck multiple times by gunfire after he exited a store.

The man was declared deceased at the scene, authorities said.

Police said the shooting appears targeted in nature.
